Currently, there are 300 acres of blueberries under production. There are another 200 acres of potential blueberry production. There are currently 85 acres of other agricultural production on the property, including wheat, corn and potatoes. All of the farm production on the property is presently being subcontracted out to local farmers. The farm assets include a 5,000-square-foot enclosed barn, 1,500 square feet of office space, and farm equipment.
